Burg Pool The Relaxation Terrace Look for " Mud Beach" near the Burg pool, and if available, you might be able to ask for their specially formulated therapeutic mud. We tried "The Warrior Plunge," and it was so invigorating! Start with a soak in one of the hot spring pools, and then take a dip into the cold water of the Plunge Pool (actually a section of the San Juan River).
